Who started Simple Letter?

Simple Letter was founded by three average guys in sunny Dayton, Ohio in 2003. At that time there was a huge void in the market for high quality, unique t-shirts for people who love Christ, and so they launched Simple Letter Clothing.

So how are your t-shirts different than those at other shops?

Most of the t-shirts being produced for Christians are lame rip-offs of popular culture or mildly offensive, in-your-face Bible thumping. We at Simple Letter have set out to buck the trend. Christ is original, His message is fresh. We need to share Truth with His natural honesty.

Our t-shirts and clothing are created with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each shirt is born out of an idea rooted in the Truth of God's word. Through much blood, sweat, and tears, the concept is transformed into design which both looks amazingly cool and sparks real conversation.

Included with each shirt is a tag which outlines the idea behind the design, as well as a few thoughts around the intended meaning.

How can I pay for my shirt?

A credit card is the easiest way. We accept all the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For special situations, we are also able to accept PayPal payments, but these are on a limited basis.

How much does shipping cost?

That depends on how many shirts you order. It starts at $5.99 for domestic orders, and $11.99 for international orders.

When will I get my shirt?

It depends on where you live. For domestic orders, Simple Letter uses USPS Priority Mail for all of our shipping needs, and takes around 2-3 days. For international orders, Global Priority Mail is used, and that can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Do you ship orders outside of the U.S.?

We currently ship to the following international countries: Austria, Australia, Aruba, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Bahamas, Canada, Switzerland, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, India, Iceland, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

How do I return a shirt?

To return/exchange a shirt, the shirt must be in the original, unwashed, unworn condition that you received it in, with the tags attached to the shirt. Include with the return a written statement specifying what you are returning and the reason for the return. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. What kind of info do you guys collect?

No one likes to have their trust broken. That is why we go through great lengths to make sure it doesn't happen. We only collect the information that is necessary for us to finish your order or to contact you to update the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Simple Letter does not store any credit card information.
